In the US, harassment/threat are taken very seriously and categorized as a violent act. Harassment is any repeated un-consented (or un-provoked) contact (physical or electronic) meant to silence, annoy, alarm, or create emotional distress.

- CAPTURE (and distribute, in some cases) whatever communications the person sent to you: videos, emails, etc
- REPORT the person; deliver all the evidence you captured.
